Grindleford Model Laundry was being sold as a 8,100sq/ft property in need of a LOT of work. Amongst the issues that i’m sure we’ll uncover as the renovation progresses, the initial problems we have are:
The deeds of the property illustrate the property boundary as shown below (indicated in fig1 in pink); which included a ‘driveway’ (indicated on fig1 in green) which was also a right of way (as shown in fig3 in brown). The boundary line (in red in fig2) includes land which extends to the back of Goatscliffe Cottages. The end section of the building (in red on fig 4) has been sold seperately and is not included.
