The Grindleford Model Laundry was an active laundrette between the years 1913 – early 2000s.
This website will document the renovation process of this beautiful historical building.
John Potts and Calida Hartley-Potts (website author) welcome you to follow along with our renovation project.
We have purchased this property with the intention to create a 5,000-6,000 sq/ft cabinet makers workshop for local business John George Fine Cabinetry (owned by John); as well as to include a 2,000-3,000 sq/ft residential dwelling for John and Calida to live with their dog Alfie (should planning allow).
